1. Equipped with a multi-knife cutting device, the finished product can be cut at one time for shorter paper tubes, eliminating the need for secondary cutting.
2. The main body is made of thick and heavy steel plate welded after numerical control cutting. The frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration is small.
3. The main transmission adopts hard tooth surface full oil bath gear to reduce speed, with low noise, low heat generation, high speed and large torque.
4. The main motor adopts vector type high torque frequency converter for speed regulation.
5. Equipped with a hydraulic belt tensioning device, including a belt tension sensor and a belt angle sensor, which can automatically adjust the belt tension and angle.
6. Equipped with numerical control synchronous trimming system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screw and high-performance servo motor.
