Product Description 

◆ Specially designed for two-color printing on circular substrates, mainly suitable for circular products such as cosmetic pencils, tubes, bottle caps, centrifuge tubes, cream jars, etc., and can realize multi-color printing and accurate color registration of some products.

◆ The main drive adopts European famous brand transmission equipment, supplemented by high-speed precision indexer, so as to realize part of the accurate indexing drive, making the whole machine run more smoothly and reliably, and the printing speed can be as high as 3600pcs/hr.

◆ The control of the whole machine adopts the international famous PLC control and the touch screen operation with simple and quick setting, which can easily realize the man-machine dialogue and the operation is more convenient.

◆ Ink curing can be done by electronic ultraviolet curing or infrared drying. Under the condition of stable performance and energy saving, better curing effect can be obtained.

◆ It has the functions of automatic alarm and automatic detection, such as ion wind dust removal, no parts no printing, low air pressure alarm, waste/wrong material and so on.

◆ The fully automatic feeding system and unloading manipulator device ensure the continuous and stable printing, and avoid scratches on the surface of the substrate during the printing process as much as possible, which also ensures the safe operation of the operator.

According to customer requirements, the following configurations can be selected

◆ Fully automatic feeder (can save operators and realize fully automated production)

◆ Servo + cursor positioning system (can achieve accurate color registration again to complete offset printing and hot stamping)
